Dyson Refurbished - DC25 HEPA Bagless Upright Vacuum - Iron/Blue

This is the best upright vacuum we have had. Not as light as the Oreck but a noticable difference in vacuum power and filtration. We also have a Rainbow which is very good but not nearly as easy to manuever through the house or maintain. Yes, this is the best all around vacuum we have had yet. Easy to use and maintain.

With money tight, I decided to get a refurbished Dyson. It has been one the the smartest decisions I've made. I vacuum at least 4 or 5 times a week because I have a son with asthma and we have a small house dog. Every time I vacuum it is amazing to me at how much my Dyson sucks up!! I have used it not only on my carpets but my bare floors, my window blinds, ceiling fans, and the furniture. It works on everything! I do not regret this purchase at all!

No complaints here!!! Got it for the house for xmas and it is purely awesome. I would never know it was refurbished. Came with all the attachments and instructions. It was a little different to put together but it works like a dream. The next thing I want to get is a iscooba. One thing at a time though :)

Ok so we always wanted a dyson and thought Wow...170 bux cheaper for a refurb. Only 6 months warranty but what could go wrong, I mean it is a dyson right?.. Ordered the DC 25 and it made it to us in 3 days.. Got it out of the box and to our surprise the dirt bin canister was not clear see thru.. instead it had a brownish film as if it were used.. Oddly the paperwork said that this is normal...When I opened the bin the smell that came out of it was horrendous.. Like someone bought it, used it to clean the swamp and then returned it to the store... When I called dyson they said the refurbs were supposed to be all new parts..And this should not have happened.. However.. They also would not change the stinky cyclone thingy or the bin.. they instead referred me back to Best Buy to exchange for a whole other unit.. Needless to say we were grossed out by our experience. It was then that I realized that a vacuum cleaner goes in your home and should ALWAYS be new..You never know who the hell had it before you and what they did with it.. Not to mention the recent breakout of bedbugs and what not.. Buying a refurb vacuum was the dumbest idea ever.. We returned it and bought new instead.. I recommend the same.. dont be cheap...This is one item you should buy new!
