A: Yes, this will fit the 2021 F-150, which has a standard mirror mount so no adapter is needed.

A: The way the mirror mounts in that vehicle from the factory will not allow this unit to replace it without extensive modification to the factory mirror mount in the vehicle.

A: We have not been inside this particular vehicle yet, from diagrams the mount is standard and this mirror will fit, as long as you have the base model mirror and the only feature in it is Auto-Dimmer. I would have Geek Squad take a look at your mirror and confirm.
