Great beginner yoga videos
I was looking for a good yoga video that was easy enough for a beginner and I am very pleased with the 2 that I purchased.

Challengimg but not strenuous!
As an older woman, I often find workout DVDs too strenous for my ability. This DVD is split up into 10 minute segments that allow me to comfortably complete a routine.
