Q: Is this model smudge proof stainless finish?

A: Hello SamJ! We have checked the specifications for the dishwasher FFID2423RS and show that it does not have the feature of being smudge proof. We hope this information is helpful to your shopping experience. –Thanks!-

Q: After I wash the dishes, there is water left on the walls of the dishwasher. It NEVER dries. My dishwasher smells moldy after a day or two of sitting there. Please explain-Do I have a defective dishwasher or if this is just a poor product that you made.

A: It was doing the same to me and after I bought the liquid that help to dry the dishes noticed a big change, the dishes and plastic bowls were pretty dry. I would recommend to try it and see if that helps.

Q: dihwasher take show long tomrun

A: Of course this is only my guess, but I would say that the machine uses only the smallest amount of water to wash a load; therefore, it has to run for extended lengths of time in order to get the dirtiest dishes clean. I've gotten used to this with my energy efficient/water-conservative clothes washer. I guess it's just a sign of the times.
