Q: Does this oven show finger prints & is there a loud fan

A: It does show prints, especially on the glass, and the fan is very prominent.

Q: The bottom of the lower oven looks dimpled. If I feel the bottom edge it is where is is clipped. Is this normal. Looks damaged?

A: Mine was delivered with broken bottom door hinge and door hanging off. Never installed but they are charging me for it as delivered and installed. Customer service no help. Disaster.

Q: Should I run a 3 or 4 wire cable? Also, how many amps should the breaker be?

A: Good Afternoon Thomas1187! The installation of three or four wires will depend on your in home circuit. We would recommend speaking with a Best Buy specialist for further information regarding the installation. The wall oven FGET3065PF will require a minimum 40 amp circuit. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

Q: is this oven convection on the lower oven as well?

A: Yes, both ovens are convection.

Q: Can the fan on the convection ovens be turned off for baking?

A: Hi, Kelshop. I will be happy to assist. You can use the wall oven without using the convection. By just pressing the bake key, the oven would bake as normal. Should you press the convect then bake this will activate the convection feature. Should you need any assistance, please call our Customer Care Team at 1.888.203.1389 Mon-Fri 830a-8p EST. Regards, R'Shaye

Q: How fast does the oven heat up to 350 degrees? Does the oven temperature display indicate the oven temperature even when the oven is turned off? Are there lights or other indicators (that can be seen from a distance) to tell you when the oven is on?

A: Thank you for your question, AcadianRow! The preheat feature can take up to 15-20 minutes to heat up. When the oven has been turned off the temperature will no longer display. There are no additional light indicators to show which oven is on. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

Q: Can the convection function be turned off?

A: Yes, you just choose bake instead of convection.
