Q: Does this use a 3 or 4 prong plug?

A: Hiya, Lorraine. In reviewing your submission, our Frigidaire Gallery 30'' Freestanding Electric Range (FGEF3030PF) power cord comes separate from the unit, it allows a 3 or 4 prong power cord connection based on your home’s electrical outlet. Please check your home electrical outlet or an authorized electrician to confirm the correct prong power cord you will need. I do hope this helps. Please contact us directly with any more questions or concerns. –Regards

Q: Need a manual for this stove where do get one.?

A: Hello Frigidaire Friend! Thank you for your submission. We are happy to assist you with obtaining a use and care guide for your new range. Please contact your local BestBuy or us directly. We look forward to hearing from you. -Kind Regards-

Q: I just moved into an apartment that has this model. The previous tenant has laid down some aluminum foil on the bottom and it had melted onto the surface. I don't have the manual. Any way to remove this mess?

A: Hey Forrestgump! When foil is placed within the oven it can damage the bottom panel and melt into the liner. The bottom panel can be replaced and it is part number 316400601. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

Q: The oven door seems to open very easily and I have a toddler. Can we tighten the oven door?

A: Thank you for your question, LizMN! The oven door does not have nuts or bolts attached to have a tighter grip. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

Q: What's the exact color? We're hoping to buy a range to match our Frigidaire Gallery fridge and dishwasher which are not the standard stainless steel color but a darker, more "gunmetal" color. What is the color of this range?

A: Good Afternoon Kat! The range FGEF3030PF is within the same series of the Gallery line. Since, the additional appliances are all within the same series they should have the same look. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

Q: what is the difference between ceramic and smooth top ranges?

A: Hello res2020! The main difference is smoothtop is made out of glass as ceramic is made with both ceramic and glass. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact us directly. –Thanks!-

Q: why does this oven not have a bottom element?

A: It does, but it is internal. It heats through the bottom of the oven liner presumably to make it easier to keep clean.
