I purchased this DVD as a gift for a friend in NC.
I loved the movie "Game Change", and I wanted a friend of mine in North Carolina to see it. He could not watch it "on demand", since he does not have cable television where he lives.
He has now seen it and enjoyed it thoroughly, including the DVD extras. We have discussed the movie at length over the phone.
For the first time ever, I did not print up my on line purchase receipt for this product. I will never do THAT again! I do remember filling out my friend's address as the recipient of the movie, however.
Within just days after making this purchase the DVD arrived at my home instead of his. When I called your customer service department to inform Best Buy of the delivery mistake, I was told I had ordered it delivered to my home. While not rude, your agent was not particularly polite when giving me this information. Although I am 95% sure the error was committed by your company, I, of course, had no proof of this.
I will continue patronize Best Buy, as I think you are pricing your products in a way to remain competitive with Amazon, and I am appreciative of this fact. I also love your free delivery offer and will make sure I print up all my receipts for further purchases.

Inside the Campaign
Bought this for a friend to show her what the inside of a presidential and vice presidential campaign looks like. I love this movie. I learned much from it and thought the acting was wonderful.
