Q: What’s included in this bundle?

Q: Is this new or refurbished??
A: New
A: Don't know what generation. I installed both of them on my mountain bike, paired them with the 1030+, and they work as advertised. Turns out, however, that knowing the cadence sensor rate does not make me more capable of pedaling faster.
Q: Is the HR monitor, as a standalone device, Bluetooth enabled?
A: The HRM chest unit must be paired with the 1030+, it does so via bluetooth.
Q: Does this device have a glonass module?
A: Yes, Glonass or Galileo
