This was my first convection oven and I am pretty happy with the purchase. It holds the temperature very well which was an annoying issue with my last stove. The center burner is great for veggie burgers or a small batch of eggs, but don’t use it for anything that will produce a lot of liquid or grease- I overdid it with some scrambled eggs and it was a nightmare to clean off the burners.

Great slide-in gas rang with minor cosmetic issues
After preheating the oven and heat begins to build up the touch screen buttons bubble up from the heat. Also the self clean oven leaves a white residue from the water at the bottom of the oven.
This is the second, same model, product I use, the first one was defective. This one works but it is missing the middle grate so I cannot really use the 5th burner unless its while using the griddle. Doesn't make sense, I called Best Buy to see if they can send it but they never did.
A:Answer Hi familyhandyman - The smooth control panel (no knobs) allows for easy clean-up. This is a common design. You can also lock the controls when cleaning. It’s a good idea to wipe the control panel after each use.
Clean with mild soap and water or vinegar and water,
rinse with clean water and polish dry with a soft cloth. A:Answer Hi Rene- It is recommended that the exterior finish surfaces be treated similar to high-end coatings on automobiles. In order to avoid scratching or damaging the exterior finish surfaces, they should be cleaned with warm water and a mild soap or detergent solution and soft, clean cloth or microfiber cloth. For stainless steel finishes, we also recommend Cerama Bryte® stainless steel appliance cleaner. To clean the griddle, wash with dish soap and hot water. If necessary, scrub with a non-abrasive plastic pad. Do not clean the griddle in the self-clean cycle or in the dishwasher.
