Keep stacks of dirty dishes to a minimum with this GE built-in dishwasher. The Piranha hard food disposal system prevents clogs and keeps food particles off of your dishes, while the high-temperature rinse function sanitizes dishes to kill most of bacteria. This GE built-in dishwasher boasts four wash cycles and automatic temperature control for consistent, reliable results.
It's very hard to write this negative review on a GE product and Best Buy because I've been a loyal customer to both but this purchase really disappointed. In the overview section of this dishwasher, the features are listed. I purchased this dishwasher (for our Lakehouse) for some of those features with the most important being the Dedicated Silverware Jets. Unfortunately, this dishwasher is misrepresented on this site because it Does Not come with this feature. If you look at the features of other GE dishwashers, many do not list having the Silverware Jets. I specifically bought this dishwasher for that feature as I already own one. This is very much misleading on the Best Buy website. So disappointing. Would not recommend this product if someone is looking for that feature.
A:AnswerHello Rizzo - Thank you for reaching out about this amazing dishwasher. Depending on the settings and the turbidity sensor in the unit, the water usage varies from 2.4 to 6 gallons of water per cycle. Keep in touch! - JB
A:AnswerHi Yuna - Thanks for choosing GE! Selecting either the Upper or Lower Wash Zones will target dishwashing of just one rack. This will shorten the cycle time and conserve energy. This option should be used when dishes are
placed in only one rack. If you are just wanting to wash bowls loaded in the top rack, select Upper Wash Zone. We suggest viewing cycle options and descriptions on pages 5-7 of the Use and Care Manual at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-55122-4.PDF - Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. We are always eager to help! Sue
