A: 2x 8GB - They do this to utilize the dual-channel memory feature built into intel processors.

Q: Does the backlit keyboard stay on all the time while powered on and not using it?
A: You can turn it off

A: Not a hard drive. but it does have a open spot for a second NVME m.2 ssd
Q: What is the chassis like? Is the keyboard area metal?
