Q: Can we make a normal Audio call like as we do using a normal mobile phone..?
A: Yes, you can make an audio call.
Q: can these be used for verizon?
A: Yes, for the first time, all new Google Nexus LTE devices will include a CDMA radio and work on the Verizon Wireless network.
Q: If it's a lte version then can we make call from the SIM card from nexus 9.?
A: You can make video calls with the tablet.
A: Yes.
A: Once you pay for the tablet, you can request an un-lock code from your carrier. This is a new law.
Q: Does it have a SIM port (GSM networks) which can be used in India?
A: This is an unlocked unit so it will work with any SIM you choose to install. It comes down to whether or not the radio supports the system where you will be using the tablet. In addition to the North American version, which you would want if your primary use is US or Canada, they do make an International version with different 3G and LTE radio frequencies supported. India has a lot of different carriers but you will certainly get 2G data everywhere. This tablet has a quad band GSM radio. For 3G the NAm model would work on systems that use UTMS 2100 of which there seemed to be quite a few. I didn't see any 4G LTE listed for India so you shouldn't expect to get really high speed.
Q: What are the frequency bands? AT&T?
A: It will work and as long as you don't buy it from ATT, it will be unlocked.
A: This variant is locked to that carrier's LTE but AT&T will have their own also coming for pre orders possibly soon.
