A: Yes you can. That is exactly what I did. Verizon will still charge a phone activation charge. You can call support and dispute it and they will eventually take it off
A: I don't know if the 5g makes a difference because I have poor service and rarely get bars at all. But the pixal4 has much better reception than the samsung 6 I had!
