Q: Its 220v or 110v? It available to try on store?
A: USA is 120V at 60Hz. I don't recommend plugging it in to 220V. It might fry.
Q: Is this product helpful to nerve damage in feet from diabetes?
A: I would say yes. My father has severe gout and his feet are in constant pain. This helped bring him comfort and relieve the majority of his aches in his feet. Best fathers day gift I ever got him as it really helped him which made me happy.
