A: It definitely does not shred well. I actually have to manually pull apart paper because it barely shred through if you put more than two pages.
Q: Is the time of shredding more than 4 minutes
A: To cut up a piece of paper?! No. It takes a few seconds. And it cuts into strips, not like confetti. I bought mine to make my own paper for quilling. It is a bit jagged and bigger than I’d hoped, but I’m only crafting.
