Q: Does this Chromebook have wifi?
A: This Chromebook do have WiFi and its worth every dollar you pay.
A: The 4 GB refers to system memory, which is what allows the system to process instructions, cache web pages, etc. The 16 GB of flash is the storage medium that the Chrome OS is installed on.
A: No, there is no external CD/DVD drive which can be hooked up to this Chromebook.
Q: Does this include Microsoft word, excel etc.
A: This is a chromebook, you can only use Microsoft Office 365 which is based online.

A: No wish it did. Love it except that there’s no windows

A: I watch my Directv on mine. If your referring to actual DVD’s you need a portable external DVD player to connect
A: Yes. The HP Envy supports MS Word via web or the program download quite well. Remember to look at the Word for Student discount.
