Q: Hi, I have 3 questions: 1- This new 2020 model of Omen laptops has only 120Hz when it comes to 4k option in HP website so is this 120Hz too? 2- Is this laptop used or renewed? 3- Are the Keyboards 4 zone or per key color?

A: This model has a 60Hz display. It will be a new in box item. The keyboard is per-key RGB backlit.

Q: Is this 4K panel 120HZ screen or 60 HZ screen ? Will this version have RTX 2070 Super?

A: 4k 60Hz if I’m not mistaken. Additionally, the GPU is an RTX 2070 Super Max-Q.

Q: Does this have a thunderbolt 3 port is it a USB-C? Does this have a touch screen OLED?

A: This model does have a USB C Thunderbolt 3 port. The screen is a AMOLED display but it is not a touchscreen.

Q: How many SSD slots does this laptop have? Can I add another SSD?

Q: Will this work with the thunderbolt hp dock?

A: Yes this will work with the HP dock. Haven’t said that there’s plenty of ports built in. I’d save that money and upgrade the ram to 32gb for better performance.

Q: It's a 4K screen, but is this the 120hz or 60hz version?

A: This display is 60Hz.

Q: If I connect the laptop to an external 144hz monitor can the Games run at 144hz? Also will g sync be supported on the monitor if the monitor has the feature?
