Fast and quiet
Posted .Really nice laptop for the price. Fan is really quiet. It can run games on ultra settings superbly; no more worrying about if your laptop is gonna explode when entering high populated zones. When using this for youtube, fan is inaudible, so that's really nice, too. Only drawback is that the edges of the laptop aren't smooth, so if you're wearing shorts with the laptop on your lap, it can be uncomfortable & leave marks.

- A:Answer There's no internal bay for an SSD, and the only NVMe m.2 slot contains the existing drive, so you'll need to remove it and replace it with a drive with a higher capacity.

Q: QuestionDoes upgrading RAM memory void warranty? And does this model take up to 16GB RAM or 32GB RAM? We're getting conflicting info.

- A:Answer Just upgrading the RAM will not void the warranty. But if something gets broken on the laptop while you are upgrading the RAM, that would not be covered. You can install 32 GB of RAM on this model.

Q: QuestionI am looking to upgrade this computers RAM, Crucial's site says it takes 3200 MHz Ram Speed but the specs say it has 2933 MHz speed, does this computer take 3200, 2933, or both RAM speeds.

- A:Answer The processor and video card meet EA's recommendations for running the game at 60fps and a resolution of 1920x1080. They recommend a minimum of 16 gigabytes of RAM. You could buy two 8 gigabyte modules that fit and replace the existing system RAM to get you to 16 gigabytes
