Q: How do you put on a program without a disk drive
A: Although most programs are downloadable from the Internet. You can purchase a standalone CD drive that plugs in by USB.
A: This all-in-one has a thin-screen design and no CD/DVD drive. It also has an SSD instead of a Hard Disk Drive.
Q: Could this run a second monitor if I wanted a dual monitor setup?
A: Yes. I set up a second monitor with the hdmi. Very simple--just go to display and your choices between duplicate screens or independent can be selected.
Q: Can I upgrade the RAM to 16 or 32 GB?
A: I upgraded the RAM in mine to 32GBs a few weeks ago and have had no issues.

A: It is not height adjustable.
