Q: Is this covered by any sort of warranty and if so, what is covered and for how long?
A: I asked via live chat and this particular computer does not come with a warranty :/ You can't even purchase Geek Squad protection because it is not new.
Q: Can I return this refurbished item?
A: More and likely Best Buy was really good to me, but this is junk. Do not waste your money.
Q: Internal Disc Drive or would I need to purchase an external disc drive ?
A: Has a disc drive built in.
Q: How old is the unit and what does refurbished mean or included?
A: Refurbished means it has been brought back to factory specs. There is no way of telling how old your unit was before it was refurbished.
