Q: Availability
A: No, they do not. I have tried zip codes in numerous regions of the U.S. It has been advertised for over two months now. No store has it or can order it. I have reported them to the BBB for false advertising. (With no results)
Q: Does this phone come with Microsoft Office already installed ?
A: Yes it comes with Microsoft's full office package. In fact, the package is included in all Windows Phone handsets, not just the flagship ones.
Q: are it unlocked phone or locked?
A: it is locked to AT&T when you buy it, but you can always choose to get it unlocked.
A: You can not use the HTC One M8 For Windows on Sprint's CDMA network. Cortana comes with Windows 8.1.1
