Q: Will the charger, earbuds, cords (all) that originally came with it, come?
A: The refurbished one I received came with aftermarket charging cables, a wall charger that supports rapid charging, but no headphones were included.
Q: How is the condition of the screen and the phone housing ?
A: I ordered refurbished and when I pick it up looks like brand new. Can't tell the difference. USB C charging cable was missing so when you pick it up check the contents of the package. I emailed best buy and got gc to get replacement cord. Hope it helps you

A: Most likely due to the popularity of the color of the phone. I'm assuming the other colors sold much better than the Aluminum this is why it is the least expensive. I personally like the Aluminum that's why for me this was a great purchase!!! Hope this helps!!!
