A: Yes it does. The unit comes with an extension cord to connect to the iPad with cover on.
Q: Will this work with an iPad Pro 9.7” model MLMN2LL/A ?
A: It will not work. Looking up the port on the model MLMN2LL/A , it utilizes a lightning connection. This will not work with a USB-C hub.
