Q: Can I use normatec legs on only one leg? How about the hip attachment on only one side? Thanks.
A: Hi there! You can use one leg attachment at a time if you want. You will just have to ensure that the rubber stopper that comes with your hose is firmly applied to the open connection port so no air leaks from it. If you need help locating that rubber stopper, you can find it on the underside of the "Y" connection part on your hose. You cannot use one side of the hip attachment however as both sides of the compression are contained within the one attachment.
Q: How far up the legs should these go?

We suggest going with the standard size boots because you can always turn off the top zones so that it will fit someone shorter than 5'3.
