Q: Is this case sold in Best Buy stores?

Q: Will this fit the new 3ds that comes out february 13, 2015?
A: I read the above answer and purchased it for my son's New 3ds. It doesn't fit. the buttons do not line up right. The only cover that is made for it is the new hori clear case which we don't want because we are trying to cover up the Marjoras Mask cover while he is at school so no one takes it.
