Honestly, I’ve only used this one time, but it worked really well. I made a cheesecake. I used parchment paper on the bottom part of the pan, for easy removal. The pan is bigger than I envisioned, and it made a lot of cheesecake.

I bought this for making cheesecake and I wasn’t disappointed. It works just fine, natter doesn’t ooze out the sides and the cakes come out nice and pretty looking.
