great cheap portable speaker
I picked this little guy up for my work van because it's radio doesn't have a connection for a phone/mp3 player. I'd been getting by just putting the phone into the cup holder to amplify the sound, bit it only works well enough if she van isn't moving. So first, the price was right, I got it on sale for $25. I really liked the solid well designed packaging, I always appriciate when it can be re-utilized for other things rather than just throwing it away.The Bluetooth connected right to my phone with no hickups or issues and worked well, though i picked up an aux cable to save batterylife. I liked the little rubber base that allows you to place the speaker face down and have the sound reflect off for a bit of a boost. Worked very well in the cup holder. Though I found that the speaker volume could easily be turned up beyond the comfortable range even for my van rattling down the highway, and mostly just gave the thing a bit more bass. The speaker quality itself is ok, it can be a bit tinny, but I mostly listen to podcasts on it. I think if I was a big audiophile I'd dish out the money for a Bose speaker. But for its price, I think you'd be hard pressed to beat it. I absolutely love how small and compact it is, and attractive as well. (I got the metallic blue, though the red also looked nice)

Great sound/small size
I purchased this speaker as a gift for my daughter. It sounds great for such a small speaker. It is also convenient to bring just about anywhere. My daughter puts the speaker in her purse or book bag, and uses it everywhere she goes. It was easy to set up the blue tooth, and once it was charged she hasn't stopped using it with her android phone. As long as she remembers to keep it charged she is good to go. I would definitely recommend for a teenager or anybody who likes to listen to music through a speaker that is far superior to that of a cell phone.
