Decent lows, great mids and highs!
I originally purchased the JBL component speakers but came to the conclusion it would be too much hassle to deal with the crossover. So I did a little research and decided to try these Kenwood 5 ways. I have a Kenwood DNX572BH head unit and figured they would also be tuned to the head unit. All I can say is wow. They sound great. They are lacking when it comes to the bass but the bass boost on the head unit helps with that. Decent lows, great mids and highs. I purchased the JBL integrated sub-woofer and I am waiting for the weather to warm up so I can install it and my backup camera. Great BUY!

Worth the money!
Purchased these speakers for the front doors of my truck paired with my Kenwood head unit. Great sound in all ranges. Great highs, misds and lows with the head unit bass boost. The sound is crystal clear! Very happy with this purchase.

Simple, but very effective
Kenwood has been around for a while, and for a very good reason too! These are versatile speakers that do the job, providing good highs and nice bass! I'm not necessarily pass the boom box stage yet lol, but for the time being these will do nicely without paying a Huge amount and are a well known brand of speakers. You probably could buy some that provide deeper bass, but its good enough if you're going at it on a budget and maybe just have other things going. I.e. this will hold you over nicely!
