A: My older one is a microwave with convection oven. It does work exactly as an oven. However, it is small, and on a turntable, so can only be used with smaller dishes.

Q: What size of outlet plug is required to power this unit and how many plugs ?
A: It requires 220 volt power and is designed for direct connection (no plug or outlet) to 4 wire (two hot, one neutral, one ground) power supply. Not advisable to use a plug and outlet.
A: Hi. I had the same issue. But it is fixed now Press tools button and scroll until you get to turntable. Select on. Mine was off.
A: Hello UConnJohn! Unfortunately, we do not have this model in gray. We do apologize.
A: Wall oven cabinets and their openings are made specifically for a wall oven model. It sounds like you have a cabinet that was made for 2 separate appliances. If it happens that the measurement of the existing opening is the same as the height of the new oven then all is well. Otherwise your existing cabinet will need to be modified one way or another larger or smaller to accommodate the new appliance. The width is probably no problem. If opening is too large then you would need someone to close in and match the existing cabinet finish. Any qualified trim carpenter usually has some leftover trim pieces from previous projects that may be a perfect match. Otherwise a long standing cabinet supply company may also have what you need. If enlarging the opening then again a qualified and careful trim carpenter can often do that. Lou
A: I am sorry but I have been through the same issue with a previous combo from GE. I looked for a 2 piece unit but it would require wood work to enlarge the space for the new 2 piece unit, if I got it. I opted to go with the 1 piece unit because the problems I had with the GE had been remedied with the new KitchenAid in that the microwave was stainless steel throughout while the GE was painted white. That had been the main issue, the paint was peeling off making it unsafe to use. The new microwave is also a convection oven that is a nice addition to the capabilities. Being a one piece, yes, if it ever breaks down you will have to lose the whole oven, if it ever does!
