KERS807SSS
Pros: Beautiful design, great features and easy to use.
Cons: Expensive and the control panel can't seem to survive the heat of the self-clean cycle.
Very stylish and easy to cook with. It also has a great range of features. However, the control panel and electronics on the front of the stove are not only sensitive, but have twice burnt out on us while running the self clean. The oven overheats the panel and melts the electronics inside. Since this happens during the self-clean cycle, the oven door gets locked shut and won't open any more. I'm heading to the store right now to get it replaced with a different brand. I called Kitchenaid directly and they claim to have never heard of such a problem. This is the second stove of this model that we've had and it's happened to both

Not worth the money
The range was purchased as a package with other Kitchen Aid items -- 4 total -- and 3 have already broken. The stove was the first to go, 18 months after purchase. The computer board needed to be replaced after the oven would not heat. The tech said it may have gotten burned out from being over hot from the burners above since it's right underneath those eyes. He suggested to use the microwave fan when cooking. Gee, thanks??? This was not under warranty, so purchase the extended warranty with every appliance at this point since the service calls alone will pay for it. Still, poor design with location of the computer board and not a value for the money.
