A: The LG answer is not correct. I just received this model it is 25"wide, 16 3/4" high, 7 1/4" deep. With stand. Pity the LG rep did not get their own specs correct. MODEL 28LM400B-PU.CUSBLP
A: Don't use the arrow buttons to toggle between on and off. Use the "OK" button (the button with the small circle inside the larger circle located in the middle of the arrow buttons) to toggle. I was going nuts listening to that cyber voice until I discovered how to shut it off.
