The LG 4.1ch 320W Music Flow Wi-Fi streaming Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # LAS851M comes with a Wall Bracket Install Guide and 2 Wall Brackets so you can mount it under your Wall Mounted TV. If you are using a Fixed Wall Mount, the TV will be parallel to the wall so it will not be pointing down. The Wall Bracket Install Guide allows you to match the bottom edge of the TV with the Wall Bracket Install Guide so you can position the wall brackets under the TV screen. The wall brackets will hold the main unit of the sound bar so that it is held up as though it was sitting on a horizontal shelf, again, the speaker would not be down at all. The unit cannot be installed upside down as that could damage the parts of this unit or be the cause of personal injury. Ideally, you would want to mount the TV so that mid-screen on the TV is at eye level so you're not craning your neck to watch TV. That way, when you mount the sound bar under the TV, the sound is coming straight at you as it would had you placed the sound bar on a horizontal shelf...^IFV
