Here are the steps: 1 Turn off the washer, and unplug the power cord. 2 Pull the drawer straight out until it stops. 3 Press down hard on the disengage button in the middle and pull the drawer completely out. 4 Remove the inserts from the drawer. 5 Clean the inserts and drawer with warm water. 7 Use a soft cloth or brush to clean and to remove any residue. 8 Do not use soap when cleaning the drawer and inserts. 6 Wipe off any moisture with a dry towel or cloth after cleaning. 7 To clean the drawer opening, use a small, non-metal brush to clean the recess. A: Normal wash is about 1 hour. You can do a quick wash for lightly soiled items. AI wash is touted as adjusting itself to load size but I haven’t used this. Lastly you can try small load but be careful if you even put a little too much soap in, machine will indicate too many suds and will take two hours to wash ! I’ve done this and had to turn off the washer and then do a spin cycle to get water out of the clothes.

Excellent Washing Machine - Highly Recommended!
Great washer! Easy to use, very quiet, lots of room for bulky items, get's clothes clean in half the time as my old washer. Extremely happy that we made this purchase!

Super efficient, awesome LG washing machine!
I bought this washer as a set, and when it was delivered...I wouldn't wait to use it! I am a pet owner, and I washed my first load of personal laundry. I noticed that the washer had a deep clean quality, and my laundry came out nice and clean....so I washe the dog blankets in the second load. The results were noticeable right away. All the dirt, dog hair, and dog odor were gone! I was very surprised! I most definitely recommend investing in this wahing machine! It is also a quiet, smooth running machine! I have owned my washer for a little over 1 month...and I am happy with it thus far...I feel I invested my money well! Thank u Best Buy! Ur awesome!

LG 4.5 Cu ft HE Front Load Washer with Steam
Simple interface that is easy to use. Great options. If you are willing, can setup the order of what options you use the most. Clothes are cleaner than my previous front loader. Super quiet and so much faster than my previous front loader too! Haven't used the steam feature yet. Love the color too.
