Get your work done with this Logitech CREATE 920-007894 case, which features a backlit keyboard that connects via Smart Connector, so it never needs Bluetooth pairing or charging. Two viewing angles let you comfortably type, watch movies or play games.
A: I certainly have, and I actually came on the Q&A section to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar. This keyboard has created permanent damage to the screen. It is not noticeable to others, but I notice it and I know it's from the keyboard. It is a horizontal line that matches up with the part of the keyboard that protrudes out. They keyboard isn't completely flat, to help explain what I'm saying. The screen isn't scratched or dented and doesn't have any exterior problems, but there's an interior imprint that seems impossible to go away. It's very bothersome to me, and I would not recommend this case after having experienced this issue.
Q: If I purchase the keyboard do I need to purchase a cover as well? Does the keyboard act as a cover?
A: The keyboard acts as the cover. That is what is great about it.
Q: Is it easy to take in and out of case to use as an iPad on your lap?
A: Snaps in easily but I haven't had the need to remove the case. If I was to use it where just the iPad is in use (no keyboard) it lays flat on the keyboard on my lap. I find no need to remove it though I'm sure it would be easy to snap out. I prefer this case over the others offered but that is my opinion.
Q: Can you put a glass cover on your IPad & still close the case
A: Yes it works great
A: It seems they do not. If you have found one, please reply!
Q: i just read that this is not perfect for the 2017 model, is there a better one
A: It works fine with both the 1st and 2nd gen iPad 12.9
Q: Where does the pen go when you close this case?
A: It does not have a storage place for pen when closed. I wish it did. Other than that, I am very happy with it.
Q: Does this fit the latest iPad Pro 12.9 2nd generation?
A: This fits the iPad 12.9 second generation, but is not made for the second generation iPad. It will cover the Flash for the camera. For me this is no buggy as I don't use the iPad camera anyway.
