Awesome Keyboard/Mouse Combo
|Posted .I have owned the same keyboard/mouse combo for years. The old one finally bit the dust, and as always, Best Buy had a new one in stock. I couldn't get there quick enough to get my new one. Best Buy is A+++++++++++ as always

Good if the button didn't stick.

Quality3 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5I like the feel of this keyboard. I would've given it 5 stars except the Enter button ALWAYS gets stuck down. When I'm typing, I frequently have to fix the button and backspace a bunch.

Quality1 out of 5Value1 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5I’ve only had the keyboard for about 3 months and several keys have already faded. I have a coworker who purchased the same keyboard about two weeks after I did and several of his keys are also fading. I tried contacting Logitech to see if the 1 year warranty would cover it but never heard back. I have had a Microsoft wireless keyboard at home (wireless comfort keyboard 5000) for over 3 years now and not one key has faded. Don’t waste your money on this keyboard.

Great keyboard & mouse.
|Posted .Pros mentioned:Ease of use, ErgonomicI like the fact that the keys on the keyboard are larger and flow more easily. I have Macular Degeneration in my eyes and the keyboard makes it easier for me to type and make my entries on the computer. I also like the mouse. I have arthritis in my hands and the size of the mouse fits my hand making it easier to move around.

Comfortable
|Posted .Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:ComfortI love the keyboard and mouse! It is perfectly shaped for typing and has just the right amount of slope that my fingers rest comfortably - and accurately placed. The wrist is firm and has a little push back for comfort. The mouse also glides smoothly! It’s also a satin feel to the touch - so nice!

Great keyboard for the price
|Posted .Pros mentioned:Comfort, PriceI was looking for something to replace my previous keyboard that has a letter worn out. I liked the looks of this one and it is definitely a comfortable fit.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Bought this keyboard for my wife who is very fussy about how her keyboard feels after she had to suffer for several months with the el cheapo keyboard that came with a mid-grade computer. The play/pause functions are a big hit. She also appreciated the presence of some noise when typing so she could be sure every key was depressed enough. However, If you live anywhere near a Best Buy store, I'd definitely recommend visiting the keyboard display area and spend at least 10 minutes trying out the different units since everyone has different tastes.

Q: QuestionWhat's the difference between the MK550 and the MK570? What are the model numbers of both the keyboard and the mouse in this combo?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Keyboard is the same (Wireless K350), but MK550 has wireless mouse M510, while MK570 has wireless mouse M705. However nobody else seems to be selling MK570 and even Logitech website doesn't list it. I called Logitech and their first level support didn't know about MK570, second level support speculated MK570 wasn't meant for US region and just Best Buy was selling it here. I have tried both MK550 and MK570 but the Logitech keyboard quality has really gone down (it makes jarring noises when its supposed to be "whisper quiet". I have used the same keyboard before and that didn't have this noise problem so it seems to be a recent quality issue which Logitech support had no idea about.

Q: QuestionDo I have to leave the USB connected to the cord it came with, plugged in to my computer in order to work? It says its wireless but if I take the cord out of my computer, it doesn't work.
Asked by bellaandemma.
- A:Answer The small USB receiver needs to be plugged into your computer. However, it doesn't need to be plugged into the extender cable that came with it. The only exception I can think of is if the USB port you are using is on the far side of your computer and the computer or something is between the SUB port and the mouse/keyboard. In those cases, you might need to plug the receiver into the cable and the cable into the USB port so you can place the receiver closer to the mouse/keyboard. Or plug the receiver into a USB port on the front (if it's a desktop PC).

Q: QuestionThere are no directions in the box to translate some of the special keys. Some are self-explanatory (i.e. camera and music symbol) but others aren't. The function key (FN) is supposed to program functions but no directions.. Any tutorial available?
Asked by MMAR.
- A:Answer Your best bet is to go to the Logitech website and download the latest version of their software, once installed you will be able to easily program everthing on your keyboard, hope it helps. Regards.

Q: Questionif you lose the little pairing device that plugs into your laptop-----can you replace that or do you have to buy a new mouse/keyboard combo?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I think you can pair it with another dongle because it is part of that unifying technology stuff. So that you can use the same mouse and keyboard with multiple systems.
