Q: Will it easily accommodate a DSLR CAMERA, 250mm lens and a 600mm lens?
A: I would not recommend. Please look at the following bags: Lowepro LP37131, Manfrotto MB PL-3N1-26 or Lowepro LP37016-PWW. The Active series is more of an all around bag and you have some valuable and heavier lenses that need better protection.
