Memorex - CD/CD-R/RW Cassette Boombox with AM/FM Radio - Blue/Silver

I like the boombox. It is compact, which is great for portibility, and it takes up far less room on the shelf when not in use. The color is great, I love it. It has all the features that I was looking for, AM/FM radio, CD player and cassette player, all in one. And, you can't beat the price. Drawbacks; sound quality isn't the best, even with the 'bass boost'. That could be due to the 'shark eye' design, (speakers placed on each like the eyes of a shark), or just due to the size of the unit. Also, the tuning knob is so compact that it is a little hard to get it right on the station because the numbers are very close together. Overall, however, it is a nice unit, that would be just fine for travel, picnics, etc., or when you need an emergency battery powered radio. It will work out fine for my needs. A good value for the price.

I bought this boombox to replace an old one that was broken. I had to check with a digital tuner to know if we put the radio on the station we wanted. Although tuning the radio is a little tricky, it serves its purpose.

for the price you cannot go wrong the service was great and very fast.
