Q: Does SP6 have on screen touch keyboard?
A: Yes, when you're using Surface Pro 6 in tablet mode without a type cover attached, a keyboard will come up on the screen for you to use on the touch screen.
A: Nikki, a Surface Pro is a full computer capable of handling just about anything you can throw at it, even the lower priced model you're looking at. The only thing you are giving up with this model is storage space, but there's so much cloud storage available now it's hardly an issue. I work in IT and have seen numerous Mac users who switched over to the Surface that have been amazed with the versatility of the Surface Pro when compared to the MacBook Pro. You'll love it. There are lots of guides online that will help make the transition easier. Just do a search for switching from Mac to Surface.
A: Surface Pro 6 comes equipped with 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-8250U quad core processor. Compared to the 5th generation of Surface Pro, this is a step up from the 7th generation i5 processor, so we're sure to use the latest technology in our devices.

A: Yes it runs Windows 10 Home edition and can run any x86 software (I.e. any Windows software)

A: Yes, and it is a full size USB 3.0 port.
A: I just upgraded from the 3 to the 6....my previous keyboard and cover work just fine with the 6.
A: While it is possible, Surface Pro 6 has been optimized to specifically run with Windows. We highly recommend using Windows for optimal use.
