Good phone at a great price!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first Motorola phone I have owned and it is a great phone. Works smoothly and easy to navigate. Battery life is great - almost twice as much as the Samsungs that I have owned. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is because of the volume/loudness of the speaker. Even with the loudest ringtone I have a hard time hearing when at work. Also trying to talk on speaker is difficult at times. I do work in a shop where there are loud noises at times. If you strictly used this phone inside it would be about a perfect phone.

Outstanding Battery Life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Moto e5 Plus is a decent lower-end phone with big battery life. The Snapdragon 435 and 3GB of RAM will handle a fair-sized number of apps, and the camera is fair with some effect features rarely seen in lower-end phones. Sprint's cash price for the e5 Plus has always been extra-high, however, compared to other carriers. Sprint WiFi HD calling works on the e5 Plus. I've used up to a 256GB Micro SD card with no issues.

Q: QuestionIs this phone only carried by Sprint? Because I wanted to buy this phone but I'm already with a Phone Data Plan and plan to stay with the Carrier I have now. I've looked everywhere online and they all said it was correlated somehow with Sprint.
Asked by McDabberson.
- A:Answer I don't know if Motorola is offering a unlocked version but you can always get this device unlocked to your preferred carrier. Just be warned that this version of the Moto e5 plus only supports CDMA, if you get this unlocked it will only work with carriers that support CDMA bands such as Sprint and Verizon. There's another version of this Moto e5 plus on cricket wireless that is GSM, if you get this unlocked you can use it on carriers such as at&t, T-Mobile, metro, etc.

Q: QuestionIf I purchase this phone can I use boost service with it?
Asked by Pruitt963.
- A:Answer Hi Pruitt963, thanks for your interest in our product. The phone should work with boost as seen on this link: https://www.boostmobile.com/phones/moto-e5-plus.html. However, we still recommend contacting your carrier to make sure everything will work out fine. -Jhei

Q: QuestionIf I'm already a Sprint customer, can I just switch over to this phone for the one I hav, with no extra cost?
Asked by Jam4u5.
- A:Answer Yes, it's usually best to go to a Sprint Corporate store where they will install a new SIM card and transfer your number at no charge.
