A: No. Upgradeable GPUs in laptops died a long time ago with the MXM platform. A 4000 series would also probably produce too much heat. The i7-11800H would also bottleneck a 4000 GPU so it wouldn't matter anyway. I'd say stick with the 3060.

A: I dont think ram effects the performance of a GPU. but yes, it is. mine runs just fine
