1440p Champ
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from a 2080ti. Running 3d mark, the firestrike extreme score on that card plus my i7 8700k was about 15,500. Just swapping the card boosted to over 21,000. Thats massive. Using MW3 benchmark. I got an avg of 135fps on a mix of normal and low settings. I got an avg of 136fps on EXTREME settings. This card also runs about 10-15 degrees celsius cooler than my 2080ti on full load. Yes these cards are expensive and Nvidia is taking advantage of customers. But for me it made sense. Even if i went to 4k, this card will likely last me the lifetime of this cpu and motherboard. If youre looking to jump from a 20series and have the budget, do it.

Great Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highly recommended for my gaming fiends looking for some amazing graphics and performance. Without a dpubt the 4090 is MONSTER of a GPU that has a $$$ tag to match. 4080 aint worth $1200 for the nominal improvement over this card (this WAS going to be a 4080 with lower vram at one point). But I digress…. As far as performance goes, this card smokes it out the box. Thermals are great (ti has a beefier cooler), stability is awesome, and it maintains well under high load. Also it perfoms amazing in 4k. I know its marketed as the premier 1440 card, which it is, but it can play 4k really, really, really well. Ultra settings w/RT, DLSS on quality has me hitting @110-130fps depending on game of course. I have a Samsung Odessey g7 (4k model) with a 144mhz refresh rate. I have no problems getting close to max on 4k, and obviously am capped on 1440p. So if you have a monitor/tv with less than 165mhz, you wont have any issues capping. You can Overclock this bad boy and get a little more performance out of it, but the thermal load isnt really worth the increase and at stock it is great. Id recommend the 4070ti for anyone looking to upgrade to an amazing card for under $1000. It is a higher end card then it is marketed as (IMO), and can handle anything you throw at it. The biggest limitations will be down the road as games grow in size will be the VRAM. Unfortunately the ti only has 12gb… the 4080 only has 16gb, abd the 4090 has 24gb. This will be where most the limitations/bottlenecks will occur down the road. However hopefully by the time games start to push past this threshold regularly, the 50 series will be put and allievate this particular shortcoming. All that aside, you really should consider this card in your pc build, purchase, upgrade, etc.

Solid GPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to this GPU from a Geforce 2070 Super and it's a very noticeable difference. Everything runs faster, smoother. I do wish that it had more than 1 HDMI port however, but DisplayPorts are just fine for a 2nd monitor that you won't be running games on.

- A:Answer Z790 mother board if you want the latest the CPU features the 14gen I7 supports Wi-Fi 7 and more. look up CPU 14 gen I-7 14700k at intel site to find out all the new CPU supports. it only a been out since October 2023 so there will be more things added as CPU micro code get Updated. it a fast CPU hot, so you should us a AIO liquid cooler so CPU runs at full speed. I am doing a build with this amazing CPU it is faster than the intel 13900k 13 gen I-9 just so you get a Ideal here's my parts I the pics for my build .you will need a 750 watt PCI-E5 power supply. this CPU support the newest tech. get NVMe SSD for you storage drive, I use a 500gb for wibdows11 64 and office, and a 1 TB NVMe SSD for games .The CPU just launch oct. 2023. I got the best parts. there in the pics. this build is really fast at everything. AIO water cooling in a must for this 14gen I-71400K to keep all cores running at max when needed. if you do not us a AIO water cooler like the {360mm sealed water pump, Kraken 360 Liquid cooled } your CPU will down Clock and run slower as it get to warm. The pc Case is a MSI GUNGNIR 300R Airflow. this is a really fast system .The mother board is a MSI MAG Tomahawk Max WI-FI 7 and with the I7 14 gen it supports PCI-E 5 . the computer will endure 3 GPU up grades before you will need to upgrade you CPU. Future-proof PC. Mine is unbelievable fast. this is my 6th build.
