A: Yes, you can create just about any kind of scene you can think of with these strips.
A: They say the most the recommend connecting into one strip is 10m, you can do more but it won’t be as bright.
Q: Once cut do the pieces that were cut off still work or do they need to be thrown away?
A: No, once cut you can't use the piece that was cut off again...at least not easily/without knowing how to solder.
