Q: Code inside the game case is not working to get the free promo items. What do we do?
A: I contacted 2K support because it wasn't working for me at first either, but after a couple days I got all my stuff. 2k Support was slow to respond though, so just know you will wait for a bit.
Q: It was delivered but the dvd was not in there what do I do?
A: If you ordered the Mamba Edition of NBA 2k21, there will be two separate packages sent, one with the game disc and the other with just the steelbook. If you only bought the steelbook, that was all you were getting, a case for a game.
Q: Why did they cancel this order?

A: Yes
Q: What comes with the Kobe mamba edition
A: Free steel book case and a next gen upgrade
Q: if i get the kobe edition hard copy for xbox one do i get it for free for the new xbox x series?
A: Yes. They will give you the standard edition.
