Neato Robotics - Robotic Vacuum Cleaner - Silver

I live in a small apt, all carpet except a small bathroom. New Mexico is a dust bowl, I also have 3 cats. I am disabled, and hand vacuuming even a small space is hard. I have someone coming in once a week to do heavy cleaning, but every day Mr Neato wakes up and goes to work. I am amazed at it's ability to work around obstacles, also it can negotiate small rugs as long as they are not too flimsy. I love the fact that it cleans under the bed. It is very efficient, picks up cat hair, etc. I do have to remember to pick up the small cat toys, it chokes on them !! :-) LOVE IT. Thanks.

Had for several weeks now and overall I am happy with it. With 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat, it's nice to walk around barefoot and not have hair or other items stuck to my feet. Use to get stuck first couple of days, now rarely does. Almost will do my whole downstairs (Family room, Living room, dining room, kitchen and hall) before it has to recharge to finish, and my house is not a very open floor plan. I was worried with the shape of my house it wouldn't work, so pleased it does.

Love this robot. I have a heeler that sheds constantly and I no longer have to fight keeping up with the furballs. The ONLY downside I've seen is that it ocassionally gets stuck in odd shaped places (like a corner with a toy bucket in it)....and I can't figure out why. But once I move it back into the open it does just fine.

It's expensive and does not work, I wanted it to pick up sand off the floor, it misses most of it, it is forever shutting down due to losing its vision, which means the lasor light gets stuck and won't turn, did this right out of the box, the machine is also very loud. I am sorry I wasted my money.

Previously owned a rumba and this product cleans so much better.

I want another one for the second floor. I move it upstairs when needed but it's so autonomous that I can leave it go alone.

It couldnt go three minutes withoutr getting stuck, and even when I placed it 10 feet from the charger it couldn't find its way home.

Neato is my new best friend. Not only is Neato extremely easy to program, it vacuums very well. It performs 10 time better than I expected. The first time I emptied the dust bin, my eyes almost popped out of my head. Honestly, I didn't know my carpet could have that much dirt. i have been using a Dyson upright vac for 2 years. In that time, my dyson didn't pick up half the amount of dirt as my new best friend "Neato". Since i'm a working mom, it is nice to have a clean house when I get home. Some times I feel like the jetsons.
