Q: Can multiple people send pictures from different phones?
A: Yes, multiple users may send/upload to the frame's albums.
A: Yes, this is possible. Once you hover over the photo, you'll see a menu (3 horizontal lines) appear in the top right corner of the photo. Click on this menu and hit the rotate icon until your photo appears in the orientation of your choice.
A: The frame has to be set up with WiFi initially, but it can showcase photos/videos while offline.
Q: Do you know if this will play the sound to a video that was downloaded to the frame?
A: Yes, our Nixplay frames are our equipped with high-quality 2x2w speakers for you to enjoy.
Q: CAN YOU PLAY MUSIC ON THIS TO GO WITH THE PICTURES?
A: You can add videos but not music separate from photos. Consider creating a video of photo carousel with background music if this is the effect you desire.
Q: Do you have to pay for an app to download photos to this frames
A: No. The Nixplay app and photo playlists are free. There are upgrades you can pay for but I understand there are 2,000 photos on a standard ( free) account.
Q: Can other people email photos directly to the frame?
A: Yes. When you set up your nix account, your username will be turned into an email. Share so friends and family can send photos to the frame.
Q: Can it rotate the photos it displays automatically?
A: Yes, the orientation may be adjusted depending on the preference of the user.
