Q: Does this case work with a magnetic car mount?
A: I have a metal disk glued to the back side of my case... (you can also put them on the inside of the case. It works great for me in my truck and I use it daily!.. I love that I can mount it with the magnets and not have to clip it in some case or anything...
Q: Charging port door broke. Can I get a replacement door?
A: If it’s an OtterBox, go online to the OtterBox website. They will replace the entire case. I don’t think they do doors, but check the website. Their site will walk you through the steps. You will need to put in some purchase details, and pay for shipping and handling, which I think was about $10.

Q: Does the case have built in screen protector
A: No it doesn’t and doesn’t make any for the iPhone x’s

Q: Does this case fit chargers with a thicker plug in?
A: Yes, it will be fussy trying to put the plug in. The case plug protection flap wants to stay closed. But it will fit
Q: Is it compatible with wireless chargers?
A: I use the otter box defender on my iPhone XS Max with a mophie charger and it works great!
