Q: Hi for how long can I record? And does it flash or makes any noise while recording?

A: The recorder does not make any sound while recording. There is an led that flashes, but you can turn it off. I do not believe there is a limit to file size and it takes sd cards so you can record for a fairly long time. It also has a voice activated feature. The manual can be looked at online for details.

Q: How is the battery recharged. I assume through the USB port on the recorder, but what is the source of power that provides the charge?

A: Hi, you can connect the voice recorder via USB directly to your computer for recharging - or any other plug / connector for USB charging.

Q: Is there an easy file management option, example to type in whos file it is?

A: No. You can download it easily to your computer and rename the file there. The device has the best and clearest voice pickup that I have ever seen though. Great features. Very glad I bought it.
