Q: When I Put the battery in it doesn't come on anymore why is that ? and yes its fully charged
A: It’s a faulty product, return it and try to get your money back. Do not exchange it like how I did only to get another faulty one .

A: it is absolute trash. I wasted my money on this, the battery it comes with is garbage and if you go to 0% sometimes it will not charge. had to buy a charger box and 2 giant batteries to make this thing work past 5-10 minutes. it overheats. it has a delicate lcd for the settings, and overall is just not good.
A: If you’re using the power cable to charge the battery, this won’t work. You need to use the dedicated battery charging dock that comes with the light. And you should never use the light with the power cable while the battery is in it. This will eventually fry your battery.
Q: Hi, I only have light so there is the possibility to buy only one charger for this light
A: Yes. But buy the battery’s charging dock, NOT the power cable that connects to the back of the light. If you buy the power cable instead of the dock, then use it that way but with the battery out.
A: Using the power cable will not charge the battery. You need to use the battery charging dock for this.
