Decent ram
I upgraded my old dell dimension, which had 512 mb of ram to 1gb of ram. The system booted up properly and everything went well. Their really is not anything special about this ram other then its good price. And for all those people out their who said they bought this ram and upgraded their computer to 4gb of ram, and then their computer didn't boot, your problem is that your running a 32bit operating system, in order to run over 4gb of ram you have to upgrade to 64bits.

Good memory
I have always use the PNY products-memory,video cards and usb thumb drives. Always had great experience with their products. My other memory was bad and went to my Best Buy stores ( 3 of them) because it is an older type of memory. Installed one at a time to make sure each stick worked. I now have a working computer.

Very happy with what the technician requested me to do to fix the problem and it worked out well. It was a very good addition and made a big difference in the performance of the computer.
