PREPAC - Multimedia Storage Case - Black

This DVD case holds a decent amount of movies plus keeps them protected from dust. The floor has to be perfectly flat for the doors to close properly but its an easy fix if not by using cardboard underneath.

I had owned four movie cabinets - then my house was flooded and all the cabinets were ruined. I was looking to replace those cabinets and therefore I bought this cabinet. It looks decent, but the door mechanisms are horribly and shoddy. While my old cabinets had magnets that would keep the door closed, this cabinet you "have" to lock to keep the door closed. It came with a cheap lock that broke the second time I used it. It also has a strange lock system for the left side door - where you have to reach inside and push a peg into a hole - which never ever lines up. So the doors do not stay closed. Terrible product.

Easy assembly, good looking and functional. Serves the purpose for which it was purchased.

This product is good for what it is, and it locks, which is helpful when one has a 1 year old. However, it is not pretty to look at.

Not too difficult to assemble and is a great way to store our collection of music.

While the style and look of the storage unit is great... The size of the unit could be a little bigger!

I finally came to the point in my life where I needed to look for a bigger and better DVD storage unit. I found it in this product. Once completed you feel that it was worth the money and has plenty of room for your DvD's. Here are some quick thoughts on this PrePac Multi-Media Storage. It comes with a quite of few pieces, but it's not hard to put together. Should take you between 2 - 3 hours. Make sure you're close to the proximity of where you want to it and clear some space for yourself. It weighs close 60 lbs. Only difficulty I had with piecing together this unit, was with putting on the doors to the unit. I had to use 2 drill bit extentions between the unit and doors, this gave me the perfect spacing to attach to the unit. The latch, not the lock was a little bit of a challege to get into the hole, so the one door can stay closed. I had to use my drill and widen the hole just a little bit. My only 2 gripes I have with this unit are that the handles looks like it came from the 80's (they don't look cheap, just not that stylish) and the oak color is more like a medium oak (if you need to compare it). These are very minor and shouldn't persuade anyone from buying this fabulous product.
